Malgré des demandes répétées au répartiteur en chef par courriel, et même un appel téléphonique demandant un rappel... sans succès... notre propriété privée est parcourue par de lourds engins de déneigement. Je vous informe expressément une nouvelle fois que les caméras sont activées et que toute intrusion sur notre propriété sera signalée. C'est vraiment dommage, car nous avions une excellente relation avec Andres Transporte ; apparemment, cela ne s'applique plus à leur successeur...

Je suis très déçu de cette compagnie maritime. La livraison était très en retard, la communication était mauvaise et le colis était endommagé. Je ne recommanderais certainement pas ce service.

Le chauffeur de l'entreprise coupe les voitures au niveau des fermetures éclair et provoque imprudemment des accidents. Il est hautement discutable que de telles personnes soient employées par l'entreprise et se voient confier la responsabilité de conduire un camion.

Attention: The driver of the 18-ton truck with license plate TG 217354, who was traveling from Pfäffikon SZ to Rapperswil at 4:20 PM today, June 19, 2024, caused a dangerous situation through his grossly negligent behavior. On a two-lane road signposted with "Zipper Merge with Tolerance," he forced a passing vehicle off the road, even though there were still 80 meters of clear road to the merging point, by suddenly swerving left out of the line of traffic and blocking both lanes, likely for selfish reasons and vigilante justice. Only an emergency stop prevented an accident, which would have significantly disrupted evening traffic and all other road users at that time of day. Detouring around this spot is impossible and would have meant a considerable detour around Lake Zurich for everyone. The legal implications of this behavior can be clarified by a lawyer or through a Google search. As a professional driver who earns his living by driving, this behavior is extremely irresponsible. The consequences for the driver's income are obvious, especially if his license is revoked. Such behavior on the road will be reported to the authorities. Absolutely unacceptable! I feel sorry for the company, but this "black sheep" has to go. Sincerely,
