J'ai réservé une maison chez Immo Friedli (avec confirmation de financement) et effectué un paiement de réservation. Par la suite, Immo Friedli a résilié le contrat de manière inattendue et a refusé de rembourser le paiement. Comme l’entreprise n’a fait preuve d’aucune compréhension, nous avons été obligés d’engager une action en justice pour récupérer le montant, intérêts compris – avec succès, avec un constat de faute évident ! Finalement, la procédure judiciaire a révélé qu'ils étaient parvenus à vendre la maison à un prix plus élevé. Je déconseille fortement de faire affaire avec Immo Friedli.

Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience. Lors de la signature, on nous avait promis une maison de rêve. Ce que nous avons eu, c’est tout le contraire. Tout d’abord, nous avons tout noté par e-mail. Comme cela n’a pas aidé, nous avons embauché un géomètre. Malheureusement, il a confirmé nos craintes. Espérant que tout serait désormais résolu, nous avons emménagé à Friedli. Nous avons d'énormes problèmes avec la ventilation. La lumière entre sous la porte de l'appartement. La cage d'escalier a l'air horrible et n'a pas été inspectée et approuvée.

J'ai regardé de plus près deux projets de cette entreprise et je suis sans voix. Feriez-vous confiance à une entreprise qui ne peut même pas concevoir une boîte aux lettres ? Pour rester bref, j'ai inclus quelques photos. J'ai également interrogé d'autres acheteurs sur leurs expériences : absolument terrible ! Absolument indispensable : Embauchez un géomètre en bâtiment. Idéalement, souscrivez une assurance protection juridique avant le début des travaux ou, mieux encore, souscrivez-la ailleurs. Les photos montrent : - une boîte aux lettres percée - serrures sans couvercles - les façades où l'eau s'infiltre - un évent faisant office de gargouille - l'eau de pluie s'écoule directement sur les murs Les photos parlent d'elles-mêmes…

As a construction manager and civil engineer, I assess building projects not only based on their external aesthetics but also in detail. In my personal opinion, the quality of the projects I have reviewed unfortunately does not meet expectations. In my view, many details are not executed according to Swiss standards (SIA), which could pose a risk to the buildings' lifespan. This could lead to costly renovations in the long run, which could be avoided by adhering to the standards. I therefore recommend conducting random site visits to various projects and having them inspected by experts, particularly regarding the execution details and compliance with SIA standards in critical areas.

In my opinion, this company is absolutely not recommended! I was interested in a property. I then reviewed the contract documents. It was very noticeable that this company wanted 100% of the purchase price before handing over the keys. That made me suspicious. I then asked if it would be possible to arrange for an expert to inspect everything before handover and, if there were any significant defects, have them repaired before I paid 100% of the purchase price. This was refused by the company. To be absolutely sure, I looked around and asked around at this construction project: What I saw and heard there was simply appalling. I was fortunate enough to be able to view several properties. Therefore, I won't be buying from them! Lots of white paint, lots of promises…
