Aujourd'hui 20 janvier 2024, à 13h38, je suis entré pour la première et dernière fois dans ce magasin. J'ai acheté une bouteille de Coca-Cola fraîche pour 1,65 CHF et j'ai poliment mentionné à la caisse que j'aimerais payer par carte. Le caissier, très hostile, a répondu : "Cash !" J'ai réitéré que je préférerais payer par carte. "Espèces." Quand j'ai demandé si c'était un problème de payer par carte, elle m'a répondu que cela n'en valait pas la peine pour de si petits montants. Très antipathique, elle a également refusé de me rendre la monnaie, la remettant à mon compagnon qui a dû payer en espèces. Et ce, malgré le fait que j'étais client. Jamais plus!! Formez votre personnel à la convivialité ! J'irai dans n'importe quel autre magasin de Langnau où je pourrai payer même 5 centimes par carte si nécessaire… !
The salads and vegetables are truly fresh and keep for several days; for example, the lamb's lettuce is simply superb. The service is very attentive. A visit is worthwhile.
The store is easy to reach and, in my opinion, is located right in the center of Langnau. If you prefer a more leisurely shopping experience and don't want to be constantly bumped into by other shopping carts, this is the place for you. The food is fresh, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
Unfriendly staff. As a teenager, we were asked if we had any coins. We only had Twint or a card. That's unacceptable.
