Excellent séjour à l'hôtel😍 Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel pendant quatre nuits et avons eu une excellente première impression. L'enregistrement a été simple et rapide à notre arrivée. La chambre était très belle, propre et chaleureuse. La propreté est très importante pour nous et nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. L'emplacement est incroyable😍 Les petits déjeuners étaient très savoureux. Chaque matin, on nous demandait ce que nous aimerions boire et les boissons étaient apportées à notre table. Le café était particulièrement bon. Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement le personnel de l'hôtel. Ils sont très gentils, amicaux et professionnels. Grâce à eux, notre séjour a été confortable et agréable. Le dernier jour de notre séjour, nous avons reçu un délicieux chocolat, ce qui était une très bonne surprise. Il est peut-être un peu tard pour écrire cette critique, mais quel endroit où séjourner, d'autant plus que c'était ma première visite en Suisse. L'emplacement, le personnel, le petit-déjeuner, le calme du village (Lungern) étaient absolument époustouflants. Je recommanderais à tous ceux qui souhaitent un emplacement idéal à proximité d'Interlaken et à un prix raisonnable de séjourner dans cet hôtel.
Celui d'Emma est vraiment incroyable. J'y ai passé 4 nuits avec ma femme et ma fille et j'ai tout simplement adoré. The very picturesque town of Lungern is a must see. The hotel is a self check in property which was straightforward but a little tedious. The room was nice and the views are everywhere.The buffet breakfast was also a highlight.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It is, by far, the worst hotel experience I have had in Switzerland. Upon checking in, I pulled back the covers to find the bed sheets were visibly dirty with orange stains. Since my mobile phone only had data and couldn't make calls, I was unable to reach any staff member. I tried using the hallway phone to contact the reception for help, only to be rudely hung up on and told to use my own mobile phone to call them. There was no staff member visible anywhere in the hotel to assist me. I have traveled to over 25 Swiss towns and stayed in more than 20 different hotels across the country; this experience was the most appalling. The standards at this establishment are so poor that they genuinely insult the excellent reputation of the Swiss hotel industry as a whole. Stay elsewhere.
Nice accomodation and breakfast. Parents with babies and toddlers be aware, even if your little one takes a single bite of bread (or ends up refusing to eat), the full adult breakfast price is charged. Ouch. Otherwise they have gluten free bread, which is nice.
