En tant que nouveau client, j'ai malheureusement reçu de nombreuses informations incorrectes de la part de Quickline. Les données mobiles de Swisscom ne sont pas les mêmes que celles de Sunrise. Concernant l'abonnement Internet, TV et Mobile XL avec eSIM, ce n'était pas vraiment simple. Ma plainte auprès de Quickline a été traitée rapidement. Je donne mes 5 étoiles au magasin Evolon Quickline à Lyss. Mes problèmes ont été traités et résolus immédiatement. Merci beaucoup, c'est comme ça que ça devrait être ! J'ai été client de Swisscom pendant 20 ans et j'ai décidé de passer à Quickline. 👍

It's a shame, I was actually always happy with Quickline and recommended it everywhere. Since we moved two years ago, nothing has worked. The modem has been replaced twice, the internet is still terrible, and watching TV is reminiscent of the 70s. Although even then, you could watch movies without constant picture interference. We will definitely switch, because apart from replacing the modem, nothing is being done.
I had problems with my TV box. The problem was solved quickly and competently.
