Excellent service ! J'ai passé deux commandes dans cette boutique - une pour environ 270 CHF avec livraison rapide et une autre pour 65 CHF avec livraison normale. Les deux ordres ont été exécutés avec précision et avec une rapidité impressionnante. En fait, l'option « livraison rapide » semblait inutile car il n'y avait pas de différence notable dans les délais de livraison entre les deux options. Je recommande vivement cette boutique à tous ceux qui souhaitent effectuer un achat.

I ordered a few items and am satisfied with the price-performance ratio. However, I had to wait a few days for a response from the seller. After a reminder via WhatsApp, I was contacted directly, and the issue of why I received the wrong item (silk mix instead of 100% silk inner sleeping bag) and why the tent took 125 days to arrive (my mistake ^^) was resolved via email. I will receive a full refund within the next few days. All in all, satisfied.
