Le nouveau conseiller virtuel ne sert à rien. J'ai appelé trois fois et après avoir parlé clairement – une fois en suisse allemand, une fois en allemand standard – il y a eu à chaque fois deux minutes entières de silence absolu, puis l'appel a raccroché. J'ai dû aller à l'agence ! Heureusement, les conseillers en personne de l'agence de Münsingen sont incroyablement serviables et sympathiques.
