M. Müller m'a rapidement et facilement proposé un rendez-vous pour que je lui apporte mon disque dur externe Mac défectueux. Müller a été immédiatement là pour résoudre mon problème et a tout géré de manière très calme et professionnelle, et mon appareil est à nouveau comme neuf et même meilleur. Comme je n'y connais pas grand-chose, M. Müller a tout organisé pour moi et m'a tout expliqué si clairement que je peux désormais, avec grand plaisir, faire des choses comme scanner et envoyer directement un e-mail... etc. M. Müller a également modifié mes abonnements afin que je puisse désormais économiser beaucoup d'argent chaque année. Et le tout à un prix très raisonnable. Pendant mes vacances en Suisse, j'ai découvert que mon ordinateur portable ne s'allumait plus. J'ai essayé plusieurs fois de le faire fonctionner, mais malheureusement, cela n'a pas fonctionné. Ensuite, j'ai contacté M. Müller d'IT Trust. Il a été très utile et m'a même prêté un ordinateur portable pendant la réparation. 👍😊 Il a rapidement identifié et réparé le problème. Il s'agissait d'un très petit composant sur un circuit imprimé qui provoquait un court-circuit. La plupart des entreprises m'auraient probablement dit d'acheter un nouvel ordinateur portable, mais M. Mr. Müller was very accommodating and was able to repair my laptop very quickly. I had been having problems with the microphone/sound for some time. Many of the large electronics stores couldn't help me or recommended that I just buy a new laptop because the repair would be too expensive. But Mr. Müller was able to complete the repair in just a few hours. Now everything works perfectly again. I am very grateful, as I would like to use this laptop for several more years.
