Cette fois, j'étais pleinement satisfait : tous les thermostats d'ambiance étaient complètement ouverts, pourtant les mesures de débit étaient à zéro et les sols étaient froids. Une pompe était tombée en panne – une urgence à cette époque de l'année, un vendredi avant un week-end. Le chef de projet chauffage, le technicien chef de file, est venu, a vu et a conquis ! Du premier appel téléphonique à la réparation, il a fallu moins de six heures.

Malheureusement, je ne peux pas recommander cette entreprise. Leur éthique de travail laissait beaucoup à désirer. Les accords n'ont pas été honorés. Depuis cinq ans, je suis confronté au même problème : l'eau reste dans la cuvette des toilettes et ne s'écoule pas. Ce problème se produit régulièrement et aucune solution n’a encore été trouvée. Ce qui était particulièrement décevant, c'est que le directeur général n'a répondu à aucune tentative de contact, ni par téléphone ni par e-mail. Dans l’ensemble, une impression très peu professionnelle.

We replaced the old gas heating system in an eight-family residential building with a heat pump with a nominal thermal output of 44.4 kW. It draws its energy from the ground via four 250 m long boreholes. The scheduling and collaboration with the client worked perfectly from planning to completion. All tradespeople involved were friendly and courteous in every respect. All services and documents required by the contract, as well as the administrative work with the Canton of Zurich for the subsidy fees, were provided.
