Support client très impressionnant et personnalisé. Ils m'ont apporté tout le soutien dont j'avais besoin et ont clarifié toutes mes questions (et m'ont même donné des indices !!) même si je n'étais pas encore client formel (sachant que je ne pourrais pas le devenir, compte tenu d'autres contraintes). Very bad and lazy support Which they have proven to be many times! I submitted a support ticket on Thursday, it is now Saturday night and still no answer. It's been 48 hours... I think They are completely shut on holidays, they don't even answer support tickets. what a joke! You are an online business, your support needs to be available 24/7. You are not a brick and mortar business! Also all your products are way too overpriced considering the quality of the services you provide. thumbs down.
HOSTTECH is outstanding in their offering , service delivery and support ! I did start with the Hosting L service and did just up-level-ef to a dedicated server . no issue , best service !
I'm using Hosttech for 8 years already to manage my domains. One of the best platforms for that, and the domains are a bit cheaper than other platforms! I have never had any problems with Hosttech.
