J'espère que les résidents actuels se sentent à l'aise dans le Bernapark et que les travaux bruyants et la circulation des poids lourds sont désormais acceptables. En tant qu'ancien résident, je n'ai certainement pas de bons souvenirs du Bernapark. Même si j'ai été attiré par la vision et le beau concept (peut-être trop beau pour être réel).

This municipality is a prime example of how to systematically alienate its citizens. Utter incompetence across the board: no one feels responsible, nothing works, and simple requests become months-long odysseys. Inquiries vanish into thin air, responses either don't come at all or arrive far too late... if at all. Friendliness? Non-existent. Commitment? Irrelevant. Instead of solutions, there are excuses; instead of service, only bureaucracy and irritated replies.
