Our air conditioner has been repaired three times in the last two and a half years. We've also heard from other people that lower prices are quoted verbally, but the final bills are significantly higher. Furthermore, items around the air conditioner weren't put back in their proper place. It always took at least a month for someone to come and repair it. What I also don't understand is why a company specializing in air conditioners is closed for summer holidays.
