During my apprenticeship, I would probably have given the company only one star, but now I've given it two. The apprenticeship provides a pleasant transition between school and working life; you actually have the time and opportunity to learn. The worst thing about it, however, is the organization of the apprenticeship years, just like in school. You get little support, and just as little challenge. Many of the trainers have some professional experience, but they're poor managers and have only limited academic knowledge of the subject matter. The manager of the shop, on the other hand, is okay, but his team needs some improvement.

I found Wibilea to be a good place to learn. The instructors were very dedicated, well-trained, and had a wealth of professional experience. Furthermore, the apprentices had access to the latest machines for learning. Areas for improvement include: better break rooms, and some microwaves need replacing. I thank Wibilea and the instructors for the apprenticeship.

The instruction and support provided were poorly executed. It felt a bit like a rushed service. Even the benches for eating were set up rather carelessly. The kettle had a 2 cm layer of limescale inside, there was no drying cloth, only a cleaning rag. Not all the microwaves worked. I wouldn't recommend it.
