Pendant plusieurs semaines, nous avons eu besoin à plusieurs reprises d'un hébergement à Uznach pour des nuits individuelles – une situation plutôt inhabituelle que tous les B&B ne peuvent pas gérer avec autant de flexibilité. L'équipe de B&B Entensee, cependant, était tout simplement fantastique : incroyablement serviable, extrêmement flexible et toujours proactive. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres, meublées avec une grande attention aux détails et transmettent un sentiment d'arrivée et de bien-être dès le premier instant. Vous pouvez immédiatement dire combien de cœur et d'âme Irene et Urs ont mis dans leur B&B. Pour nous, chaque séjour était un grand soulagement et, en même temps, un petit chez-soi. Fortement recommandé – tout simplement merveilleux !
A real stroke of luck – warm, thoughtful, and simply wonderful! (10/10) On our motorcycle trip, we were caught in a heavy downpour and had to spontaneously search for accommodation. How lucky that we stumbled upon the enchanting BnB Entensee run by Irene & Urs Lehmann-Fäh! We received an incredibly warm welcome and felt welcome from the very first moment. The accommodation is furnished with such attention to detail – everything revolves charmingly and with a wink around the theme of "duck." From the decor to the little surprises, everything is thoughtfully and lovingly designed. Sustainability is also a top priority here – a beautiful and valuable sign in this day and age. The breakfast was not only delicious, but a real highlight, full of regional and high-quality products. What was especially nice: The children were also well catered for! Board games, a small play area, and a cold beer in the fridge for the grown-ups – they really thought of everything here. Accommodation that's not only practical, but truly warm, homely, and relaxing. Thank you for this wonderful experience – we'd love to come back! With good cheer André Ella Kim Mia
A very warm and creative B&B. Whether for spontaneous or long-term guests, or to accommodate visitors... you can stay here comfortably. Breakfast preferences are taken into account, making it ideal for vegans as well. Just like the wonderful guests, the wonderful staff and owners are very friendly and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay overnight due to a medical emergency in my family. My request for at least a small refund for the room I never used (which didn't require cleaning) and the breakfast I never had was met with no response from BnB Entensee. They had only offered that I wouldn't have to pay for breakfast separately on my next booking. When I pointed out that I wouldn't be returning to the area for the foreseeable future and that this was of no use to me, they still didn't respond. Customer service is clearly not a concept here, and ignoring messages from guests is extremely poor form. I had a very bad experience with BnB Entensee.
