Pessima esperienza con il personale Non lo consiglierei
Personale gentile e posizione comoda. Ho avuto un problema con i miei attacchi da snowboard noleggiati e me li hanno sostituiti senza alcun problema. Il personale parlava inglese e tedesco.
Durante la nostra ultima vacanza in Svizzera, abbiamo dimenticato la nostra attrezzatura e abbiamo dovuto noleggiare gli sci da Brunni Rental. I prezzi erano onesti e il personale era incredibilmente cordiale. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del servizio.
Unfriendly, unmotivated. Skis are not adjusted, children's shoes are handed out in the wrong sizes.
We arrived around 11:30 AM and had booked half a day of equipment for 12:00 PM. However, the system charged us for the whole day. The saleswoman said that's just how the system works. I think that's a complete rip-off. Next time, I'd rather walk a bit further and go to a different rental place.
Very friendly service, good equipment & fair prices.
