A customer for years. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Professional salespeople offer good advice, even for those who aren't IT experts, and they take their time. Great service (their motto is – we've always managed to get everything done!!). I can personally attest to that. I happily recommend BB Com.
I can't and don't want to discuss the technical expertise, but the employee, Mr. Schio, didn't even try to understand the customer. He asked the customer personal questions that were none of the employee's business, and his reprehensible attitude was evident. It's probably very difficult for Mr. Schio to communicate with customers. Certain employees should stay in the background if possible, where they can ONLY utilize their technical strengths.
