We love Meier Bakery. Their masterpiece cakes are simply something special. My mother gave me my first cake from Meier Bakery when I was born, and over the years we've repeatedly ordered beautiful cakes from them. They're always a wonderful surprise, both in taste and appearance. The bakers are always so warm and friendly. A small, charming bakery in the countryside. A small but excellent selection. The homemade ice cream is available 24/7 in the self-service area. --- We stopped by again. Rumor has it they have a particularly good Black Forest cake. We can confirm it now. It's not just good. It's better. The Japonais base alone sets it apart from many similar products. The dark chocolate pieces used for decoration are irresistibly delicious. And the filling—you have to try it. We highly recommend it. But hurry—it's only made during the winter months until Mother's Day.

Would you expect such a delicious bakery in this place? A detour that's worthwhile for both the scenery and the food: amazing cakes, Russian braided bread, delicious bread, and, especially when there's a celebration, their special "Wirtschaftsbrot" (a type of open-faced sandwich)!
