Consigliamo questa azienda. La squadra in movimento è stata molto brava e ha lavorato bene. Abbiamo avuto un paio di piccoli danni ma niente di preoccupante. Ragazzi disponibili e cordiali. Il caposquadra sapeva esattamente cosa fare per quanto riguarda lo smantellamento e la ricostruzione di mobili più grandi. Il prezzo finale era superiore a quello preventivato ma è stato discusso e concordato. La stessa ditta ha effettuato anche le pulizie. Ottimo servizio e un ringraziamento speciale a Muhammed per lo scintillante prodotto finale.

Sia io che il mio ragazzo abbiamo assunto questa azienda per trasferirci dai nostri appartamenti a uno nuovo. Le due squadre erano perfettamente sincronizzate, hanno lavorato molto bene e con professionalità, non abbiamo avuto nessun danno e ci siamo anche fatti qualche risata con i traslocatori. Sono molto felice della mia scelta 🥰…

Sono venuti per valutare l'appartamento e i costi stimati. Penso di non aver mai avuto un incontro così divertente in vita mia. Il ragazzo ha sorriso tantissimo e ci ha offerto una tariffa almeno doppia rispetto agli altri, sia per le pulizie che per il trasloco. Tuttavia, l’offerta che non potevamo rifiutare prevedeva: - infinite scatole (usate) GRATIS, basta pagare 60 franchi di compenso per riceverle e portarle via 💀 ma a parte questi 60 franchi sono gratis 💀🥀 - un'offerta incredibile in cui il ragazzo ci proponeva di pagare solo 3 uomini + un camion, invece dei previsti 4+2. Solo che l'offerta contenga 4+2, ignorando completamente la grande offerta menzionata prima dal ragazzo 💀💀 Se è così che si presentano, posso solo immaginare come funzionano. E’ bello vedere che il circo è in città tutto l’anno.

Beware of this company for moving and cleaning services! My personal experience with Umzug Zurich AG was very different from the reviews published on their webpage. Service was unprofessional, the company missed agreed deadlines for cleaning services, customer support was inexistent and the manager of the company was extremely rude. The company has a common name, uses several addresses and cannot be found in many review pages such as trust pilot, hence it its difficult to write online reviews of their poor performance. I hired Umzug Zurich for moving out of a rented apartment (1st move), storing my furniture, cleaning the apartment from where I moved out, and transporting my furniture and assembling it at my new address (2nd move). On the first move, three employees of the company showed up without enough material to protect, properly, my Tv, computer screen, iron station, mirrors and edges of the furniture, even if I had asked the sales representative, expressly and in writing, for special protection for these items, especially mirrors and lamps. Fortunately, I had packed, myself, to save time with the move, the computer screen and iron station in their original boxes, with original styrofoam corners, which I had kept, avoiding damages to these items. The employees had only a little quantity of plastic foil, which was not enough and I had to cut up a few cardboard boxes rented from the company to protect the TV, mirrors and lamps. Boxes marked as fragile were recklessly moved to the company’s truck, one of the employees used his own teeth to cut tape… Immediately as I was confronted with this service standard, I called the company to complain and ask for more care with my personal belongings, especially fragile items. The matter was escalated to the manager of the company who asked if I had moved in Switzerland before, asked how expensive the furniture was, and told me that the company used to treat furniture that was far more expensive than mine the same way without a problem, and informed that any damage would be compensated by the company’s insurance. Needless to say that a professional moving company should understand that the value of personal objects go well beyond their cost. The result is that my two sideboards arrived at the new address with scratches and dents in the wood. I reported the damages, indicating that they were not big enough for a claim of new furniture, but I wished the visit of a carpenter to repair the furniture. I was asked to pay the bill and accept a CHF 20 compensation that, in Zurich, would not even cover a visit for an estimate. On the date scheduled for the cleaning of the apartment I was moving out of, no one appeared from 8am to around 7pm. I missed a whole working day with complaints, and at around 7pm two cleaning ladies appeared to take a look at what could be done. The cleaning took place in the morning of the next day, when I had to hand over the keys of the apartment to the new tenant midday. Again, despite of the fact that I had specified several times the date when the cleaning service should be provided, the company challenged me, and only reacted upon written proof of what I was telling, instead of quickly addressing the matter. Fortunately, the landlord and the new tenant were very accommodating and only claimed a new shower head, that was incorrectly cleaned and ended up all stained, and did not review the sunblind, external window frames etc. In short, I paid CHF 850 for a cleaning service that my cleaning lady could have easily done for CHF 300. On the second moving date, from the storage to the new address, the move was scheduled for 2pm and until 3:30pm no one appeared. The company blamed the traffic. Fortunately, this move was outsourced to an experienced professional and I had no additional trouble. To keep it short, I paid the full capped budget of CHF 2260 for the move, and CHF 850 for cleaning services for services that would be less stressful and done more responsibly with a couple of friends.

We had a great experience with Umzug Zurich. The team was punctual, professional, and handled all our belongings with great care. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and their friendly attitude made a stressful day much easier. Highly recommend for anyone moving in the Zurich area!
