Conosco personalmente Agostino Vignola da molti anni e mi è sempre stato di grande aiuto con l'informatica. Recentemente ho incontrato anche Domenic Noser ed è molto gentile, paziente e disponibile. Mi sto davvero godendo il mio nuovo taccuino; è assolutamente fantastico. bv2 è semplicemente una grande azienda, con brave persone che lavorano lì, sempre disponibili e sempre presenti quando hai problemi. Whoops – someone's been doing their homework! I had the opportunity to attend the Copilot event and went home with a wealth of information and a healthy dose of motivation. Dominik and Agostino impressively conveyed their expertise and the diverse possibilities offered by AI platforms. Their creative approach and deep understanding of the topic left a lasting impression on me. I'm certain of one thing: when it comes to integrating AI into everyday business, I know exactly who to turn to.
For many years, we (M. Wiesendanger AG, later Geoinfra Ingenieure AG) were supported by bv2 in all matters relating to telephony. Their service is outstanding, always friendly and helpful. The short communication channels and uncomplicated approach make collaboration very easy.
It's almost rude to disturb the customer with their little problems. But bv2 takes its service seriously, doesn't let up, even when the case turns out to be a real problem, and looks for solutions – I contacted them on Valentine's Day!
