Ho un'idea diversa di cosa dovrebbe essere la gestione immobiliare professionale. Il modo in cui lavorano sembra fortemente incentrato su un singolo individuo e ricorda più uno spettacolo individuale che una società di gestione gestita professionalmente. Le scadenze e i processi organizzativi non vengono rispettati in modo affidabile, ma allo stesso tempo c’è molto spazio per l’autopromozione. D'altro canto mi è mancata ampiamente una comunicazione trasparente e costruttiva con l'associazione dei proprietari. Nella mia esperienza, le questioni critiche vengono spesso deviate, a volte anche tramite lettere di avvocati invece che attraverso il dialogo diretto. Chi vuole evitare inutili guai dovrebbe tenersi alla larga da questa "società di gestione".
Il personale di Immodue risponde rapidamente ed è molto disponibile. Il loro prezioso supporto per noi condomini è professionale, pragmatico e molto amichevole. Lo apprezziamo molto. Grazie!

Outstanding management – highly recommended! I rented an apartment managed by Immodue for 2.5 years and can only say positive things. From the first contact to handing over the apartment, everything was absolutely exemplary. Communication was very professional, friendly, and particularly prompt – regardless of whether it was general questions, concerns, or minor repairs. The management was always available and took care of everything immediately. I never felt like I was "just" a tenant; I was always treated with respect and appreciation. I was particularly impressed by the transparency and fairness in all matters. There were no hidden costs, no unexpected difficulties – simply an all-around pleasant tenancy. The apartment handover also went smoothly and fairly, which isn't always a given with every management company.
