I had a very bad experience. My partner and I filed our taxes with Dasch. We waited a very long time to receive the completed forms (even after repeated inquiries). My taxes were filled out incorrectly, meaning my stocks and my third pillar were not declared. My partner's taxes were filled out so incorrectly that, according to Dasch's calculations, he would have to pay an additional CHF 1,000-2,000. They entered his continuing education in the wrong place and failed to declare the stocks he sold and bought. This would have resulted in the withholding tax not being refunded. After my partner re-filled the tax return, we received a letter from the canton stating that we would receive a refund. Considering that we had to wait over two months for our taxes, I think the work Dasch did was simply dismal. I advise everyone to avoid using this tax office, or at least double-check their taxes. I know mistakes can always happen, but not such catastrophic ones, including mistakes like forgetting to enter the third pillar. We also had to pay CHF 240.00 for this miserable completion......
