Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la disposizione del posto. È davvero come il suo piccolo villaggio. L'unico motivo per cui ottiene quattro stelle è perché nelle camere mancano cose che mi sarebbe piaciuto vedere, come tende per la privacy sui letti e porte di ricarica funzionanti (abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con la nostra che non funzionava). Altrimenti, abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Il personale è stato utile e c'è un club nel seminterrato aperto solo agli ospiti aperto il sabato che vale la pena provare.
Un ostello molto accogliente e il personale è molto disponibile. Ha anche attività quotidiane per gli ospiti molto notti.
Questo è stato di gran lunga l'ostello più grande con più cose da fare di qualsiasi altro ostello in cui sia mai stato al mondo. Adoro come tutto sia predisposto per numerosi posti in cui rilassarsi comodamente. Due edifici diversi con pianoforti e uno con una chitarra. Piscina …
Amazing hostel, starting from check-in everyone who works there is super friendly and welcoming. The rooms and showers are great, always with hot water and no issues at all, and everything is kept very clean. There are lots of cozy common areas where you really feel at home, plus a huge garden. They also have a bar inside the hostel and an underground nightclub. Several days a week they organize activities so guests can have fun and get to know each other. Without a doubt, an incredible experience I highly recommend it! Many thanks to the Balmer’s team, which is truly what makes this place stand out!
It's a spectacular, welcoming hostel. The staff takes care to organize activities so that guests can get to know each other and interact. Absolute hygiene. Lots of bathrooms, all clean, comfortable beds, and a fairly spacious closet for storing luggage. Special thanks to Wilmer in the kitchen, Darío at the front desk, and Iván at the bar and ice skating rink. The staff definitely makes the difference. The best hostel I've ever stayed at, and I would happily return.
Balmers was awesome. if you want to meet tons of people from all over this is the place. Everyone, from the staff to the guests, were extremely friendly, social, and welcoming. The staff were some of the bests people ive ever met. Ivan was so amazing. They offer activities to go on which makes it easy to meet people and get the most out of your trip. it was one of the nicest, cleanest, well maintained hostel ive been to. Its worth the price. They have a club, bars, great outside area, close to a ton of great restaurants, great mountain view, easy walk to train station, and a coffee machine (necessary). loved this place and miss it everyday. also the Indian food in the area is top notch.
