L'Hotel Elmer è meraviglioso! Stefan è stato un ospite molto accogliente e disponibile. Anche il resto dello staff è stato di prim'ordine! La colazione era deliziosa, le camere erano molto confortevoli, la sauna era un grande vantaggio e la vista dall'hotel è incredibile. Abbiamo anche gustato un'ottima cena al ristorante. Consiglio vivamente l'Hotel Elmer e spero di tornarci presto!
Reception e layout facilmente accessibili. C'è un ascensore per i bagagli. Posti a sedere all'aperto con vista ampia. Abbondante se all'interno della sala da pranzo soleggiata e decorata in stile svizzero. Le camere sono estremamente pulite con pavimenti in legno e ardesia nei bagni. La camera ha un'eccellente vista sulle montagne.
Soggiorno piacevole. La sauna era un bel tocco. Il proprietario era presente al momento del check-in e del check-out, inclusa la colazione, per chiedere se era tutto ok. Sembrava elegante, accogliente e confortevole.
What a lovely hotel!!! Warm and very helpful staff, delicious breakfast (home made apricot jam soooo good!) and an amazing sauna on the top floor with views over the surrounding peaks. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended! Ian
Switzerland is so humbling. Where else can you enjoy a simple lunch with such an amazing view?! From the front entrance I had no idea I would then walk out to the most amazing back terrace. The service was friendly and prompt. I absolutely loved my meal. The Siedfleisch Salat with cheese was so tasty. I love that salads are a full meal here. Would definitely recommend this place for hikers doing the Via Alpina as a place to get a cold drink, nice meal, and enjoy the view of your accomplishments!
Although I did not stay here, the service by the front desk attendant, an older Swiss gentleman, on the afternoon of Sunday August 18, 2024 was impeccable. He answered my questions about the Via Alpina Trail, translated the dinner menu, and even offered to let me know dinner was not served until after 6 pm. Thank you for your great customer service. When I come back to Elm, I would have no hesitation staying at the property, if his attentiveness is any indication of the quality of the overall hotel. Also, the location is wonderful if you are hiking the Via Alpina and need an early start to get to Linthal. Thank you!
