Questa volta sono rimasto completamente soddisfatto: tutti i termostati ambiente erano completamente aperti, eppure le misurazioni della portata erano a zero e i pavimenti erano freddi. Una pompa si era guastata: un'emergenza in quel periodo dell'anno, un venerdì prima del fine settimana. Il responsabile del progetto riscaldamento, il capotecnico, è venuto, ha visto e ha conquistato! Dalla prima telefonata alla riparazione sono passate meno di sei ore.

Purtroppo non posso raccomandare questa azienda. La loro etica del lavoro lasciava molto a desiderare. Gli accordi non furono onorati. Da cinque anni ho lo stesso problema: l'acqua rimane nel water e non defluisce. Questo problema si verifica regolarmente e non è ancora stata trovata una soluzione. Ciò che è particolarmente deludente è che l'amministratore delegato non ha risposto ad alcun tentativo di contattarli, né per telefono né per e-mail. Nel complesso, un'impressione molto poco professionale.

We replaced the old gas heating system in an eight-family residential building with a heat pump with a nominal thermal output of 44.4 kW. It draws its energy from the ground via four 250 m long boreholes. The scheduling and collaboration with the client worked perfectly from planning to completion. All tradespeople involved were friendly and courteous in every respect. All services and documents required by the contract, as well as the administrative work with the Canton of Zurich for the subsidy fees, were provided. The on-site technicians were also very friendly and courteous, and enthusiastically answered any questions that arose.
