Il ragazzo che lavora lì è molto scortese. Volevamo comprare i biglietti della lotteria ma il ragazzo ci ha sgridato perché guardavamo i diversi biglietti e ci ha detto di andare via? Non sono sicuro di quale fosse il suo problema, ma sicuramente ce ne siamo andati.

Le etichette con il prezzo sono organizzate molto male e talvolta mancano. Ho comprato un succo che pensavo costasse X, dato che X era il prezzo sull'etichetta sul fondo del succo, ma si è scoperto che X era il prezzo di un po' d'acqua. Quando mi sono lamentato educatamente, un membro del personale è stato molto scortese con me e mi ha detto che avrei dovuto leggere i prezzi... Gli ho detto che avrebbero dovuto mettere le etichette in modo sensato. Personale molto scortese. Non ci tornerò mai più.

I grew up in Richterswil and have been a customer at this Avec store for 20 years. The older employee with glasses snaps at customers and regularly makes nasty, unnecessary comments! She told me I shouldn't "close" the bread compartment, that it closes automatically, and shouted this angrily across the entire store! The same goes for the dark-haired colleague with glasses. I wanted to check the price of the charger, and then a small piece fell off the stand, so I couldn't put it back... he snapped at me: "Never do that again!"... Absolutely unacceptable. I handed him the charger and left. Dear Avec employees: the customer is king!!! Otherwise, find a job without people! You're driving away long-time customers – today was definitely my last visit!

A lovely, clean Avec supermarket right next to the train station in Richterswil. They offer fresh, regional products. Generous opening hours and parking in front of the store. Friendly staff.
