Ogni volta che penso alla birra la prima cosa che mi viene in mente è l'Hopfenfisch!!! E in questi giorni sto inseguendo solo una cosa: bottiglie di birra da parte tua e saluti..!! Amici, lo amate davvero!!!!!!!
Un birrificio artigianale assolutamente fantastico! 🍺 Si percepisce subito la passione che mette nel loro lavoro. Le birre sono eccezionali: diverse, aromatiche e perfettamente bilanciate. Apprezzo soprattutto il fatto che tutto sia fatto in casa, il che conferisce alle birre un carattere davvero unico. Oltre a ciò, il team è incredibilmente accogliente: ti senti subito a casa e ben curato. Che tu sia un amante della birra esperto o un nuovo arrivato curioso, c'è qualcosa che piacerà a tutti. Altamente raccomandato: tornerò sicuramente! 🙌
Ciò che scrive lo sconosciuto "South State" nella sua recensione non riflette affatto ciò che abbiamo vissuto da quando abbiamo iniziato a visitare questo stabilimento molti, molti mesi fa. I proprietari sono sempre incredibilmente cordiali, accolgono gli ospiti con grande calore e sono estremamente generosi. I bicchieri da degustazione sono di misura standard. Non tutte le birre soddisfano i gusti di ogni bevitore. Tuttavia, per pochi franchi potrete ordinare un "volo della birra" e provare diverse birre. È un peccato che tali recensioni vengano scritte per frustrazione, per qualsiasi motivo, rendendo la vita difficile alle giovani imprese. Questi titolari lavorano con molta passione e investono molte ore del loro tempo libero nella costruzione di questa fantastica attività. Continua così; molti dei tuoi ospiti apprezzano Hopfenfisch, la mescita e te come padroni di casa cordiali.
The first time I visited this brewery was to buy some beers as gifts. My initial impression was okay. An hour later, I decided to treat myself to some beers to take home and stopped by again. When I politely asked if I could try a particular beer, they reluctantly produced a tiny shot glass. Apparently, they were trying not to be too generous... I've never experienced such stinginess towards a paying customer. Unfortunately, the beer itself wasn't to my taste either. It was disappointing and completely overpriced. That was definitely my last visit. What a shame.
While on vacation searching for Swiss craft beers, I came across Hopfenfisch, among others, but unfortunately the taproom was closed. I contacted Pino, and he arranged for me to come and have a look around. The brewer is a really nice guy; we chatted a bit, and I learned a little about the brewery. I even got to taste his Festbier straight from the tank, and in the end, a few beers are coming back with me to Schleswig-Holstein. Thanks so much for your time and the drinks. Not only is the beer exceptionally delicious, but the taproom is also fantastic and perfectly suited for events. Last night (June 1st, 2024) with the blues/soul band "Soulfood" was absolutely amazing! A fantastic band, a great atmosphere, an enthusiastic audience, very friendly staff, and dedicated hosts. Many thanks to all the performers and band members. The trip from Appenzell was totally worth it.
