Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile, mi hanno dato due pezzi di cioccolata al momento del check-in. Stavo qui a causa della guerra in Iran, il mio volo è stato cancellato, quindi Etihad ci ha organizzato per rimanere qui. Hanno cenato bene e fatto colazione a buffet. La struttura è bella, pulita e spaziosa. L'unico lato negativo era che la vista dalla finestra della mia camera era letteralmente sul tetto di McDonald's? Ma a parte questo, tutto è stato fantastico. Adoro questo hotel e le persone che lo hanno mantenuto.

L'hotel è molto facile da raggiungere, a soli 5-10 minuti con la navetta dell'hotel che parte ogni 30 minuti dall'esterno del terminal dell'aeroporto. La camera era grande, pulita e confortevole ma un po' calda per i miei gusti. L'aria condizionata sembrava non fare altro che fare rumore, quindi alla fine l'ho spenta. Sarebbe stato carino avere anche un frigorifero in camera.
This is NOT at the airport. It is 20 minutes by car and there are NO early morning shuttles. Staff was very unhelpful when we wanted to change hotels. Offered a rate at Radisson Blu higher than was on the website and was unable to make a reservation for us. There are no nearby services. The issues just continue. The shuttle is free FROM the airport but you have to pay to get back. The next shuttle wasn’t even running for 40 minutes. We had to pay an Uber to get back. Spoke to the manager Afzaal Sikander, who just kept making excuses and offered no solution to the problem. Last time I will ever stay at a Radisson.

This hotel is not attached to the airport. You need to pay 10 franks per person if you want a shuttle to the airport or it’s a 60 chf taxi ride away. The name is deceitful. The staff are very nice and helpful. It is a 10 minute walk from the Rumlang train station so you can get to Zurich pretty easily. The rooms are very spacious although the setup is odd. The showers are connected to the rest of the room so theres really no privacy if you are staying there with someone else. You literally step out of the shower into the bedroom, theres no divider or curtain or separate room. The toilets also reminded me of an airplane toilet
