Ottima vista, ho ottenuto un upgrade gratuito alla vista sul lago. Parcheggio molto limitato ma gratuito. La palestra ha ottime macchine ma necessita di un po' di manutenzione perché i cavi non scorrevano correttamente

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica al Seehotel Pilatus. L'hotel è pulito, bellissimo e si affaccia sulle viste più incredibili del lago e delle montagne. Le strutture sono eccellenti e il personale è cordiale, accogliente e sempre pronto ad aiutare. È anche molto adatto ai bambini, con un ampio parcheggio e spazi confortevoli per il relax delle famiglie. Come famiglia indiana, lo abbiamo trovato un posto perfetto in cui soggiornare: tranquillo, panoramico e orientato alla famiglia. Un piccolo suggerimento sarebbe quello di includere più opzioni vegetariane nel menu, il che renderebbe l'esperienza culinaria ancora migliore. Nel complesso, un hotel meraviglioso in cui ritorneremo volentieri e che consiglieremo a chiunque visiti Lucerna!
We went for a couple of nights with my partner, the rooms are really nice, in winter it’s a bit cold inside the rooms, but they offered as a small heater. The breakfast was all right , we were really lucky and the whole wellness area was empty just for us, they have 3 saunas, jacuzzi and a nice pool and with one of the most stunning views we have ever seen. The service generally was extremely kind, special mention to Ihor, the most professional and friendly waiter I have meet, a really great guy that contributed to make the experience even better.
Our stay at the Seehotel Pilatus was absolutely unforgettable. The location by the lake was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was one of pure peace and beauty. The staff were wonderful — warm, helpful and always smiling. They made us feel truly welcome. Our child enjoyed every moment to the full — it was an amazing experience that we will never forget. We are already planning our next trip in winter because one visit simply isn’t enough for such a special place. Seehotel Pilatus is more than just a hotel; it's an experience that creates memories.
