Invece della valutazione 'AAA', devo dare una valutazione 'PPP': un completo disastro! Il mio condizionatore monoblocco, che mi ha servito bene per 12 anni durante i mesi estivi, è "morto" poco dopo una chiamata di servizio da parte della LKU! L'elettronica ha subito danni causati dall'acqua, sostanzialmente una perdita totale, durante il processo di pulizia. Purtroppo il signor Leuenberger non ha potuto né voluto offrirmi una soluzione ragionevole e duratura al problema. Pertanto, ho deciso di ordinare una nuova unità sostitutiva da un'azienda professionale. Considerando l'età della mia unità mi asterrò da ogni eventuale richiesta di risarcimento danni.
Ottimo servizio telefonico. Ho avuto un problema con un condizionatore che perdeva e ho ricevuto consigli da un paziente senza alcuna pressione per usarlo. Siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema telefonicamente. Posso consigliare vivamente questa azienda! Utilizzerò volentieri i loro servizi in futuro. Grazie per il tuo eccezionale consiglio! Mr. Leuenberger provided very professional advice. He was able to present arguments and evidence that even a layperson could understand! His installers did a fantastic job, even though some parts were quite challenging. They were even faster than agreed upon, and we would gladly recommend LKU without hesitation! A company can only be truly judged when something goes wrong. That's exactly what happened here. We bought a portable air conditioner from Mr. Leuenberger at a very good price. Although we had ordered it for free self-collection, he came to meet me. He had a private appointment and took the unit with him immediately. He didn't simply hand over the unit and take the money. No, he explained everything to me in detail first. This was despite the fact that I hadn't booked any services, but had only ordered via email. Now the problems began. Mr. Leuenberger unfortunately brought me the previous model with the old refrigerant. Neither of us noticed. The units look identical. I only noticed it late that evening when I unloaded it. Mr. Leuenberger was also reachable by phone at 9:30 p.m. He apologized and promised to come and exchange the unit. Two days later, on Saturday, he actually drove to my house and exchanged the unit. Two or three hours later, I wanted to put the new and correct unit into operation. Unfortunately, the next problem arose. The fan on the outdoor unit wasn't turning. As it later turned out, the unit had been incorrectly assembled at the manufacturer's factory. The mounting bracket on the underside had been improperly attached. As a result, the fan had been pressed against the housing for months and had become bent. I immediately informed Mr. Leuenberger about this on Saturday. On Monday, Mr. Leuenberger came a second time and replaced the unit again. After checking everything together, we finally had a working air conditioner. Why am I giving 5 stars despite this problem? Mistakes happen where work is being done. That's not a reason for me to deduct a star. Mr. Leuenberger is an excellent service provider who definitely knows his stuff when it comes to air conditioners. You can tell that the customer is important to him and that he does what he does with conviction and enthusiasm. For me, what's much more important is how a company handles mistakes. Mr. Leuenberger immediately offered to replace the unit free of charge, even though I had ordered without delivery and hadn't paid. He couldn't do anything about the second problem, and he also replaced the unit free of charge. I highly recommend this company. They're highly skilled and service-oriented, and they enjoy working with customers. Keep it up, it's truly great! I'm already looking forward to being contacted by Leuenberger Klima for maintenance in two years.
