Ho acquistato il pacchetto Dine Sleep Relax e l'ho offerto a mio marito come regalo di Natale. È stata un'ottima idea :) Il ristorante ha decorazioni molto belle, i servizi erano eccellenti. Il cibo era ottimo, in particolare la zuppa di crema di marroni e la tarte Tatin di dessert. Il letto era molto confortevole e anche la colazione del mattino successivo era impeccabile. Mi piacerebbe tornare di nuovo.
Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza terribile con questo hotel. Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti, 14 e 15 giugno 2025, sabato e domenica. Domenica mattina siamo usciti dall'hotel per visitare alcuni luoghi e quando siamo tornati nel pomeriggio abbiamo visto che le porte dell'hotel erano chiuse e non c'era nessuno all'interno. In questo hotel non esiste alcuna tessera per aprire le camere e gli ospiti devono utilizzare chiavi normali. Ho provato disperatamente due volte ad aprire l'hotel con la chiave della camera e non ha funzionato. C'è un ufficio di polizia di fronte all'hotel. Poiché era domenica pomeriggio, gli agenti di polizia non erano presenti. Ho chiamato il fondo della porta per parlare con un agente di polizia. Quando gli ho spiegato la mia situazione, ha detto che manderò una pattuglia ma ci vorrà qualche ora. Sulla porta dell'hotel venivano scritti i numeri di telefono i2 per situazioni urgenti. Dato che il mio cellulare è per il Canada, non ho potuto chiamare questi numeri. Sono andato a cercare un negozio se potevano chiamarmi a questi numeri ma tutti i negozi erano chiusi. Chiudono l'hotel 2 giorni a settimana anche se hanno ospiti. Anche i generi alimentari non sono chiusi 2 giorni a settimana. Non ci hanno spiegato che chiudono le porte dell'hotel e non ci hanno spiegato come possiamo entrare quando non c'è nessun dipendente lì. Non so se sia legale o meno in base alla legge svizzera, ma anche se fosse legale, dov'è il principio morale? Il proprietario e direttore dell'hotel ha pensato anche per un secondo che se un ospite dell'hotel ha un problema medico urgente e non c'è nessun dipendente all'interno, come può quell'ospite ottenere aiuto, soprattutto se, come nel mio caso, non può usare il suo cellulare? Non c'è il frigorifero in queste camere d'albergo. Quando l'hotel è chiuso, 2 giorni a settimana, poiché anche la cucina e il ristorante sono chiusi, gli ospiti non hanno acqua fredda. Questo hotel non dispone di aria condizionata nelle camere. La prima notte che siamo stati lì, la temperatura era di 30°C. Come si può dormire in questa situazione? Gasthof Schönbühl is an absolute gem that I had the pleasure of visiting with my sister and her boyfriend, who are locals. From the moment we stepped in, the cozy atmosphere of this place, blending traditional charm with modern comfort, made us feel welcome. The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was impeccably prepared, with flavors that delighted the palate. Fresh, locally-sourced ingredients were evident in every bite, and the presentation was beautiful, as shown in the dish I had. The combination of flavors and textures was perfect, and you could tell that each plate was crafted with care and attention to detail. What also stood out was the service. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive throughout our meal. A special highlight was that the owner herself came to speak with us, showing genuine interest in our experience and ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. This personal touch really made the visit memorable. A really nice hotel. Simple. Good price. Has a really kind staff. The breakfast is simple but delicious. There is a train station very close and it has good parking. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
