Il viaggio a Colmar è stato fantastico! L'autobus era pulito e confortevole, il che ha reso il viaggio molto piacevole. Un grande ringraziamento all'autista, Regula Vögeli: è stata estremamente attenta e paziente e il suo umorismo ha creato un'atmosfera meravigliosa. Altamente raccomandato!
A very disappointing company. The bus to Europa-Park was over an hour late due to a "technical problem." Unfortunately, they apparently forgot to inform us about this delay. It should also be noted that just a few days prior, we were even asked to arrive at the pick-up point earlier. After a phone call, a small replacement bus arrived. We were then charged even more for admission and the bus fare than stated on the website. The driver of the replacement bus then had to go and get a wallet, something we hadn't been informed about. The man was very shaky and nervous. I felt uneasy at the thought of continuing the journey on that bus. So, we and the other guests decided to cancel the trip. Truly disappointing. We were looking forward to the day, and then this happened. I would absolutely not recommend this company for such a trip. It's outrageous!
Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to our chauffeur, Mr. Martin Frey. On May 25, 2023, my girlfriend and I traveled to Europa-Park using his chauffeur service. We found the entire trip there and back to be very professional, and we felt very comfortable. We will always cherish the memory of his pleasant manner and the excellent driving experience. We had a very friendly coach driver. The journey was very pleasant and relaxing! We were very happy with our Gafner coach trip to Europa-Park and would/will book a trip again.
