Sono stata diverse volte nel suo negozio negli ultimi anni. E, onestamente, il lavoro è sempre stato svolto in tempi relativamente brevi (entro 1-2 giorni al massimo). I prezzi sono ok e oggigiorno sei fortunato a trovare qualcuno che possa persino sostituire la batteria o il cristallo di un orologio. La maggior parte delle persone lo invia semplicemente e talvolta ci vogliono due settimane. Lo consiglio vivamente per riparazioni di orologi e gioielli.
Sono cliente qui da molti anni e ne apprezzo la discrezione e l'affidabilità. I prezzi sono onesti e i consigli ottimi. Ho già venduto varie monete d'oro e d'argento, medaglie, catene d'oro e altri oggetti di valore. Il servizio è di prima classe. Grazie mille!
Reliable service at Feinest X Juwelier Aras! I was a long-time customer of Feinest GmbH and am also very satisfied with its successor, Juwelier Aras. I recently sold jewelry and a watch again – the valuation was fair, and the transaction was quick and transparent. What I particularly appreciate is that Mr. Kämpfer and Mr. Aras work together, and Mr. Kämpfer continues to work as a watchmaker. This continuity and expertise make Juwelier Aras even more trustworthy. I highly recommend it!
The main point: The order was completed quickly, easily, and with absolute competence. A side note: Previous reviews aren't all positive, and I understand what they mean. The initial conversation took some getting used to. But after the initial urge to flee, it became quite friendly, even pleasant. Let's just accept that we're all different; we're not all the same, and we don't all behave the same way... In any case, I'll gladly use their services again if needed.
If I had focused on the reviews, I would have missed out on a competent specialist dealer in their market. Absolutely top-notch advice for my Certina and complete focus on customer needs. Unfortunately, I can imagine that "special" customers feel they're always right and that the reviews are too often limited to one perspective. So, in my opinion, great work, keep it up!
