Sono diventato paziente della dottoressa Kohlhoff lo scorso autunno e mi sento incredibilmente fortunato ad averla come medico di famiglia. Nonostante un elevato volume di pazienti e un sistema sovraccarico, è molto simpatica (il che non è sicuramente qualcosa che si può dare per scontato di questi tempi!), si prende il suo tempo (assicurandosi comunque che nessuno debba aspettare troppo a lungo), non addolcisce nulla, ma trova sempre le parole giuste. Si può dire che lei e il suo team si dedicano davvero ai loro pazienti e che il dottor Kohlhoff è sinceramente impegnato e molto scrupoloso. Ho ricevuto esami, consigli e rinvii eccellenti e mi sento molto ben assistito, cosa che, secondo la mia esperienza, non è sempre così. Anche gli addetti alla reception sono molto cordiali. Posso consigliare vivamente questa pratica!

Tempi di attesa inaffidabili e lunghi (ho aspettato quasi un anno per una visita dal dermatologo perché si erano dimenticati di segnalarlo per sei mesi) Non ti mandano subito dagli specialisti perché devi comunque visitarli e, ovviamente, pagarli. Hanno persino "trasferito i file a un nuovo medico di famiglia" (e questo è davvero scandaloso) e alcune fatture per "revisione della cartella clinica in assenza del paziente" o "telefonate" anche se all'appuntamento ho sempre detto queste cose e poi si dimenticano tutto. Strano. La cosa fastidiosa è che devi davvero pagare tutto. Per fortuna, dopo due anni, ho deciso di cambiare medico di famiglia e ho fatto tutti i test e gli appuntamenti il ​​primo giorno. Il dottor Kohlhoff è di gran lunga il miglior medico di famiglia che abbia mai avuto (mi sto avvicinando ai 50 anni, quindi sono stato da parecchi medici...). È molto amichevole e competente. Anche mio marito, che parla poco il tedesco, è in ottime mani con la dottoressa Kohlhoff e il suo team. Un grande ringraziamento va anche alla signora Schär; si sforza sempre di trovare una buona soluzione per i pazienti quando chiamano. Non è una cosa scontata al giorno d'oggi, quando le pratiche familiari sono al limite e gli oneri amministrativi sono in costante aumento.

As already described on countless other review sites: unreliable, disorganized. Waiting times (up to an hour or more) are beyond belief, but they always have an excuse ready! It took more than a month to refer me to a specialist☹️, and this only after I inquired by phone. The neurologist and X-ray institute took three days, while Thun Hospital took less than a week. For dessert (New Year's Eve 2020-21), I have to pay the additional costs of the health insurance company of more than CHF 1,100 out of my own pocket, even though I clearly stated that this shouldn't happen. Due to illness, I haven't been to a doctor in the last 25 years (except for accidents). "Thank you." That's not true, Ms. Kohlhoff😡! The referral took more than a month! The neurologist showed me the report (date) that had been received! Three days later, I had his appointment! Which of us has three insurance degrees at home? I pointed this out to you at our last appointment. You ignored it! Regardless, I've already changed my GP. 🤗. You'll receive the details for the patient file transfer by phone this Friday! The second right arm surgery, scheduled for April 29, 2021, is already being handled by the new GP, all in consultation with K.K., Thun Hospital, and the Thun Occupational Therapy Center. And yes, I've expressed my displeasure on various review sites, with due respect, of course! I won't be commenting any further.
