Dinh Residence è davvero un tesoro nascosto! È proprio nel centro della città e a pochi minuti a piedi da quasi tutti i punti caldi di Zweisimmen (l'ultima fermata dei treni Belle Époque e GoldenPass Panaromic). Ci hai accolto e ospitato con tanta gioia e generosità! Aveva la nostra camera pronta molto prima del consueto orario di check-in ed è stato così gentile da condividere consigli per viaggiare, inclusa la GstaadCard (che consiglio vivamente quando pianifichi un viaggio qui). Per finire, il cibo nel loro ristorante era incredibile! È stato dopo molto tempo che ho potuto assaggiare il buon cibo asiatico autentico in Svizzera. Tu è stato molto gentile e premuroso con i miei bambini piccoli e ha offerto anche una colazione sana e adatta ai bambini! Abbiamo prenotato il letto matrimoniale, che era molto pulito e aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di una notte. Se ti trovi a Zweisimmen (o anche a Gstaad e nelle aree limitrofe - che sono rapidamente raggiungibili in treno), devi restare qui!
Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico. Le camere erano pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario (shampoo, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, ecc.). La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. La stazione ferroviaria, i negozi e lo skilift si trovano tutti nelle vicinanze. Il cibo nel ristorante era delizioso. Le porzioni sono molto grandi. L'host è stato molto accomodante e ha esaudito tutti i nostri desideri. Saremo lieti di prenotare nuovamente questo hotel.
La camera era molto pulita, ordinata e calda. Esattamente quello che vedi nelle foto, niente di più, niente di meno. Il servizio è stato molto buono. Tutti erano molto gentili e disponibili. La colazione era scadente. L'unico aspetto negativo erano i bagni. Sono molto, molto vecchi e non in buone condizioni. Hanno bisogno di essere rinnovati. La posizione è ottima. Bella scelta, ci tornerei volentieri.
I was blown away by the kindness and availability of the staff. I had a mistake in my booking and they did everything to catch up for the night. I also forgot my ID at the hotel and the owner kindly sent it back to my for free via mail!! 🙏🏻 The rooms are clean and cozy. At breakfast there is also a great huge NESPRESSO coffee machine with tons of different types of beverages you can choose from. Definitely recommend this hotel!
Rooms were immaculately clean. All amenities. We were late to breakfast and they still accommodated us with a wonderfully breakfast. All in off season. I recommend them highly.
Our first stay of our first visit in Switzerland and the dynamism of the staff made the start of our vacation on the right foot even when we were arriving pretty much at midnight and helping us to check in. Located a couple blocks from the train station and pretty much right in the middle of Zweisimmen, this place is excellent for a nice stroll around. Rooms are enough for a short stay but the buffet is excellent for its price!! Consider this as your stay if you are travelling on the Belle Epoque train to Montreux.
