Weglaufen! Sie stellen sicher, dass Sie Ihre Prämie zahlen, und verschieben dann alle Ansprüche bis ins Unendliche. Ich habe im Januar eine Anzeige wegen Diebstahls mit allen erforderlichen Belegen eingereicht. Jetzt, Mitte April, nach mehreren Anrufen, E-Mails und der Zusicherung des Kundendienstteams, dass mein Anspruch Vorrang hat, KEINE ANTWORT. Suchen Sie sich also eine andere Versicherung, es sei denn, Sie möchten nichts bezahlen.
Ich habe 15 Minuten lang angerufen und versucht, ein Problem zu lösen. Sie haben meine Anrufe abgebrochen
I don't recommend at all! Stay away from this company. I just wanted to make a quoute and tried to contact them as I did a mistake at online quouting. Firstly I took me one hour that someone pick up the phone. Then no one could help me as every customer help tried to make his new quatation (probably to earn the margin from new customer), so every time I need to wait 10min when the guy finnish entering data from the beggining - disaster! In the end no one could help me, and promised that they will call me back in next 1-2 hours. They called ma back after 2 weeks :D The worst is that every guy you talk with tries to convince you that you sign contract with him, so you just feel like "a product" itself. They don't care to help you, just to earn on you. Stay AWAY!
I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff was avoiding replying, did not pay for the surgery and had a general doctor say it wasn't caused by an accident when world class experts who examined me were certain it was. This is beyond horrible. Please avoid Generali at all costs.
Had to replacemy car's windscreen. Made the claim online (The online claim form could be a little clearer but I also understand that it needs to accommodate a wide variety of cases). Got very quick response that claim is recorded, that I can go ahead and that Generali is in touch with the garage of my choice. Had a short email interaction with one of the agents which was very clear and constructive and then just had the garage to fix the windscreen. No issue with invoicing, prepaying and then claiming back. Almost no admin effort for me. Like it.
