Super!
We've been ordering from them for quite a while now and it always works perfectly. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh, and (this is also mentioned on their website) if something isn't available (please, some harvests don't always go as planned... you should have at least a little understanding), they offer other products based on the selection you can make on their website. All invoices are clearly displayed on their website, and you can add items to your order (e.g., olive oil, spaghetti, passata, etc.). It's really great. We're very satisfied. It also motivates us to try new fruits and vegetables. I only knew about their pre-cooked corn, but this time a whole ear of corn arrived. It was fun to create a dish with it. I never would have bought it myself while shopping. The customer service is quick and friendly. Once, the delivery had to be rescheduled for the evening (instead of the morning/noon), and they actually informed us about it. I thought that was a nice touch.
A very unpleasant and pushy company. They distribute advertising flyers despite large red "NO ADVERTISING PLEASE" stickers. The company would be better off investing its sales staff's time and money in a German course instead of distributing these flyers. The company is clearly already struggling to rely on such flyer campaigns. If the quality were good and customers were satisfied, such aggressive advertising tactics wouldn't be necessary.
For almost a year now, I've been receiving a weekly vegetable delivery based on an order form I created at the beginning. The vegetables are seasonal and mostly sourced locally. Delicious bread from the baker can also be ordered as an option. The price isn't much higher than at the discount supermarket (organic), but as mentioned, it's produced with care and passion in the Winterthur region. I highly recommend it. It's also helped me improve my cooking skills. Thank you for the reliable deliveries.
