Die Smart Solar Systems GmbH kümmerte sich um die Demontage alter Elektroheizkörper und die Erstinstallation von Heizkörpern und einer Wärmepumpe in meiner Immobilie. Das Erstgespräch mit Herrn Roos und Herrn Obradovic war sehr beruhigend. Meine Wünsche wurden vollumfänglich berücksichtigt. Herr Roos hat die Planung meines Projekts mit höchster Kompetenz geleitet. Er kümmerte sich um alle notwendigen Schritte zur Einreichung des Baugenehmigungsantrags und zur Beantragung von Fördermitteln; Ich musste mir um nichts Sorgen machen. Herr Obradovic und sein Team haben einwandfrei gearbeitet – sauber, professionell und effizient. Sie installierten ein ästhetisch perfektes System. Auch nach Inbetriebnahme der Anlage beantworteten Herr Roos und Herr Obradovic alle meine Fragen zuverlässig und verständlich. Ich bin absolut begeistert von meiner neuen Heizungsanlage. One less exhaust pipe thanks to -==Smart Solar Systems==- SSS😊 I never post reviews online, but this is an exception. We replaced our gas boiler with an LG heat pump. A total of six consultants visited our home. I invited Mario because he was transparent and honest right from our first phone call. SS won the contract for five (+) reasons: • The excellent consultation, characterized by patience, creativity, honesty, and transparency. • The price-performance ratio is good, and I was able to participate in the project. • The LG heat pump impresses with its design, performance, and especially with its state-of-the-art technology and safety systems (absolutely fantastic). • Aleks, the installer, was completely likeable from the very first minute. Since I wanted to be involved in the project myself, this was very important to me. • With Leo, the "three musketeers" have a top-notch technician on board who develops control systems, apps, etc., in collaboration with LG. In short – SSS is highly recommended. The building permit was approved within a week, and the subsidies were applied for. • I prepared the installation myself: removing the old heating system, handling some electrical work, and draining the systems (boiler/underfloor heating, etc.). On the appointed day, the components were delivered, and Aleks got to work. His professional tools and extensive experience quickly demonstrated his efficiency, artistry, and craftsmanship in installing and piping the system, as well as in the control technology (CAN bus) and wiring parts of the electrical system, all according to standards and specifications. Would I hire him? IN A HERE! :) The underfloor heating system was thoroughly flushed (very important). Then it was filled with ultra-pure water (SSS specifies a pace of <100ms) – the measured value was 14ms. Is that impressive? Absolutely! 😊 Worth mentioning: During his lunch break, Aleks also resealed my shower faucet, climbed (safely secured) onto the roof, removed the chimney, and re-sealed the 3-way valve of the water softener. As a little bonus, the water pipe was also replaced. That's Aleks for you! He simply wants to deliver beautiful installations. He completely fulfilled his promise: "Hot water on the first day of installation." Seriously, that's passion for the job! Respect! Leo did the final inspection, followed by top-notch instruction – I was impressed by his knowledge and understanding of the systems and interdependencies. I'm a technician through and through, but what he presented was Formula 1 level 😊. Finally, the electrician came, thoroughly inspected and tested all the electrical installations, and the safety interlock was installed and sealed. I was able to combine the upcoming SINA inspection with the project. Perfect! Now the unit has been running for five weeks without any problems. The app is simple and does exactly what it's supposed to. Simple, good – always accessible. Regarding the noise: I asked my neighbor, "Do you hear anything? Is the heat pump bothering you?" He replied, "What heat pump?" 😊. LG is cool, compact, and quiet, yet a beast when needed. It can run at up to 120% power at -28°C, at which point it naturally becomes audible (pure physics), but that's rarely, if ever, a situation. Mine runs between 10-60% speed, maybe 90% after a soak in the whirlpool. The COP is decent, averaging around 4 on the current December days by the Aare River. In conclusion: Don't have any concerns about LG; it's not yet widespread in Switzerland, but the global market leader – SSS will change that in no time. And don't doubt SSS because of "Muotathal"; they have several branches, and their warehouse is in the Zofingen region. No one should question the fact that the company is still young. These "three musketeers" are still building their business and are absolute top performers in their fields. I was glad they were even able to handle such a small single-family home project; they currently have several large-scale developments in the pipeline. They also handle solar panels, inverters, and batteries. If they were publicly traded, I'd buy shares 😊. This review is neither bought nor embellished in any way. The initial consultation for a PV system was very professional and easy to understand. A written cost estimate arrived very quickly. Decisions and planning were completed very quickly. With such expertise, the decision was easy to make. Planning and installation of a turnkey system went smoothly. All components (scaffolding, panels, electrical modifications, mounting materials, battery) were organized by the company. After two days, the system was completed and ready for inspection by the energy supplier. Commissioning was carried out personally and professionally by the managing director. In conclusion: High level of expertise, and these people know what they're doing. I am very satisfied and can recommend the company without hesitation!
