Eine solche Kundenunfreundlichkeit und Arroganz habe ich noch nie erlebt. Vor fast drei Jahren habe ich eine drei Jahre alte Kaffeemaschine zur Reparatur gebracht und musste 150 CHF für einen Kostenvoranschlag (für eine einzelne Dichtung) bezahlen. Die endgültige Schätzung belief sich auf 675 CHF, und ich musste für 700 CHF ein neues kaufen, um meine 150 CHF zurückzubekommen. Jetzt, zwei Jahre und drei Monate später mit der neuen Maschine, passierte das Gleiche erneut 😡. Ich habe das alte für 8 CHF reparieren lassen (Siegel) und es funktioniert immer noch einwandfrei. Nie wieder Fust und schon gar nicht in Buochs.
