Ein wahres Juwel in der Nachbarschaft! Aare Primo ist ein wunderbarer, familiengeführter Lebensmittelladen, der mit Herz und Leidenschaft geführt wird. Die Atmosphäre ist herzlich und persönlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Auswahl an Produkten ist vielfältig, frisch und hochwertig, mit besonderem Fokus auf regionale Spezialitäten. Was dieses Geschäft wirklich auszeichnet, ist der freundliche und hilfsbereite Service – man merkt, dass die Kundenzufriedenheit oberste Priorität hat. Sehr empfehlenswert für den täglichen Einkauf oder besondere Anlässe!

As a local resident, I've always been happy to support and recommend the Aare Primo in Büren. My recent experience, which I'd like to describe here without embellishment, is all the more disappointing. Lack of friendliness and disrespect I was met with no friendliness whatsoever upon entering the store. When I asked questions, I was repeatedly treated impatiently and condescendingly, as if I were a nuisance rather than a customer. Respect for paying customers is nowhere to be found here. Outrageous pricing for M&Ms The sale of an 800-gram pack of M&Ms was particularly annoying. The price of CHF 22 seems acceptable at first glance, but when compared to the smaller 250-gram packs (CHF 5 each), it becomes clear that the 800-gram product is much more expensive per gram. When I asked the store employee about this, she tried to convince me that I was getting significantly more product for 22 CHF than for 5 CHF for 250 grams. When asked about the simple mathematical comparison (a kindergarten math problem), she reacted rudely, became cheeky, and avoided any concrete answer. I consider such misleading behavior to be a deliberate rip-off rather than customer-friendly advice. Defective vaping device was not exchanged Another example: A few weeks ago, I bought an e-cigarette from the "Lost Mary" brand – unfortunately, it turned out to be defective when I got home. When I returned it to Aare Primo, they refused to exchange it or refund me. They simply pointed to a lack of warranty service at "Lost Mary" and showed no willingness to offer a customer-oriented solution. For me, such an attitude is unacceptable. Conclusion I am very disappointed with Aare Primo in Büren. The combination of unfriendly staff, misleading pricing, and the refusal to exchange a defective product means I will no longer support the store. I absolutely do not recommend such business practices. I advise all customers to carefully consider whether they really want to shop there; at least I will do my shopping elsewhere in the future. Addendum: Unfortunately, your comment confirms exactly what I already noticed: no insight, only justifications. By the way, there was another person present at the e-cigarette sale – they are welcome to leave you a comment about it too! And: 800g for 23 francs is simply a rip-off! Especially when the 250g pack costs 5 francs and the Denner next door is offering the same deal with 800g for 9.95. You even claimed your price was better than 250g for 5 francs. That's simply wrong. Not like that, Aareprimo! Finally, one last thing: It's not your employees who are the problem—it's you. Here, too, you're simply shifting the blame. That says it all! Not only do I no longer want to shop with you, but I also don't want to work there. Because apparently, your employees have to take responsibility for mistakes that you, as the owner, are responsible for.

A wonderful shop that even offers filo pastry in its extensive selection. I'd been looking for something like this for ages. The family who owns the shop is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly with all the customers, and you feel like you belong. I prefer this shop for my weekly shopping. And if you're missing something to cook a meal on Sunday: this great shop is open!
