Gestern wurde ich im Interdiscount-Markt in Feuerthalen von Herrn Diego Zumbo, einem jungen Verkäufer, außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend betreut. Als ich ihn danach fragte, sagte er mir, er sei relativ neu im Team. Mein Eindruck war, dass dieser Mitarbeiter auf jeden Fall ein positives Einkaufserlebnis hinterlässt und ein sehr wertvoller und motivierter Berater und Verkäufer für das Unternehmen ist. Daher würde ich ihm auf jeden Fall 10 statt der möglichen 5 Sterne geben. Bravo, Diego Zumbo! 👍
What a bunch of idiots! Your employees aren't properly trained. They have no manners. As a customer, you're at the front of the line and they just serve someone else. If you want terrible customer service, I recommend Interdiscount.
Warning about ordering online with in-store pickup. When you order a product that appears to be in stock at the store, you expect to pick it up promptly. Instead, the item is delivered to the store from an external source, even though it's already there. This leads to unnecessary delays. Inconvenient, not customer-friendly, and poorly designed. Click & Collect completely misses the mark. This was my last order. It works fine with other online shops, though!
They really don't deserve even one star. Because I wanted to return an item I'd bought. And only two minutes later, they made a mistake with the currency exchange. I paid in euros, and they kept two francs. I find it disrespectful to be robbed right in your face.
