Der Laden ist sehr groß, so dass man sich richtig darauf einlassen kann. Das Parken ist auch gut und groß. Ich hätte es geliebt, wenn es einen Erfrischungsbereich gegeben hätte, wo man etwas trinken und eine Pause machen kann.

It is a shame what they have turned the customer service into. I understand that there are no professors working there but at least having knowledge of your assortment would be good. However, today my biggest concern and disappointment goes to “customer-oriented” approach. First of all, the lady at the self-service. We scanned everything while she was standing behind our backs like a retired policeman with trusting issues. 😃 Ok. Then we noticed that flowers that were labeled 9.99 were scanned as 16.95 on one code, and on the leaf’s code- 18.95 The lady working on the self-service looked at us with empty look, then shook her shoulders and said that probably it is a wrong price and it should be Accepted the way it is scanned. First or the second time scanned? 😄😄😄 three different prices for the same flower 🫣 Besides, from the legal point of view, the price stated on the etiquette is considered to be a “public offer” and is binding for the shop. So, any mistake done by shop and its workers is “selber Schuld “. Customer buys for the price offered. We opted to go to the cashier, as the lady on the self-service was demotivated and tried to persuade us that it is the price that we are to pay. On the cash-desk the lady welcomed us with “go and take a trolley as you can’t take orange shopping basket out of the shop”. We had one trolley and two orange shopping baskets as the bill was about 300 CHF. Ok, hello to you, too, nice, welcoming lady 😃 She scans. She counts 4 flowers and says “6”. I am telling her: “there are 4, not 6 flowers”. She insists. Ok. Then she calls to the garden centre. Insists again that there are 6 flowers in question, tries to find another 2 the screen, among articles scanned 🤦‍♀️ I am repeating for the 4th time that there are FOUR It finally settles. Then the person on the phone asks if the price is in Euro. 🫣 we are in CH, no? BTW, behind us was family who was charged more because apparently the price was in EURO in galgenen, SZ. They were unhappy to say mildly. So, after checking the price, the cashier answers that there is no euro sign. Ha, what exchange rate do the workers believe at the moment if 9.99 euro should be 16.95 CHF?Surely there are some economical difficulties in Switzerland however, Frank is strong 💪 it is funny and sad at the same time as it demonstrates the level of general education and common sense. So, after spending some time on the phone she tells us to wait as apparently some person needs to issue a special invoice with new prices. Are we in the Middle Ages? Can the computers be adjusted, so that the only cashier desk working out of 5 , was able to press few buttons herself to readjust the price? No “thank you for your patience, no thank you for waiting”. We wait. And wait. And wait some more. And wait again. The person who was supposed to bring the bill, was on the phone, and was reminded about us to finally bring the paper. Again no thank you for waiting and sorry for the inconvenience. Instead, the lady from the self-service, who was so suspicious, and Demotivated, abandons her working place with 4 other customers and runs to us to grab the orange basket away from me, to the point when I had to grab the heavy 35l soil from falling basket balancing it on one hand. 😃😃 should I send her a bill for my physiotherapy? Such a proactivity was needed before :) she told that people are stealing orange baskets. How should I feel if she judges me and treats me like a thief? Maybe someone needs to tell her that the store has An Insurance, and she needs to stop treating every customer like a criminal? Especially if she deals with local customers, buying offline and not trying to buy somewhere else for the more profitable price. It would be nice if the management: 1. Made an order with prices. 2. Reminded stuff that we live in Switzerland and we have a CHF as an official currency. Switzerland is still not in EU 3. Organize education for the workers: welcoming, being polite, friendly and efficient. Politeness does not cost a thing and still worth a million.

Its huge and you need roller skates if you don't find what you want you will have to go to a German dy shop. Nice coffee place near entrance with some local sweets especialities.

Great service and generally large selection of whatever you could need. Be aware that what you need may be located in several areas of the store (e.g. buckets, spatulas, tools) as the organization is by activity, not by object type.
