As long as the products are available and deliverable as standard, everything works perfectly. However, the shop doesn't have its own warehouse, and despite sufficient stock in the system, the items are suddenly backordered (orders are apparently manually entered at a later date). After a three-week wait, a personal visit, and a phone call, the wrong items were delivered (it was discovered upon pickup that the wrong format had been delivered). We were informed that the supplier was at fault, and the items were simply canceled. Despite a phone call, they couldn't offer me a satisfactory solution. (Suggestion: purchase an item twice as expensive without any additional features at the standard price.)
