Wir haben seit zwei Jahren einen Rüegg-Kamin von „Art of Fire“ installieren lassen. Wir sind absolut begeistert von der Feuerstelle und dem Service des Herstellers Rüegg. Nach zwei Jahren hatten wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Öffnen der Motorhaube. Der Hersteller, vertreten durch den Vertriebsleiter Herrn Grudnick, kam zu uns nach Hause und löste das Problem mit zwei Sprays. Er gab uns auch ein paar hilfreiche Tipps. Alles in allem ein fantastischer Service.
