Aufgrund der großartigen Lage haben wir dieses Last-Minute-Hotel gebucht, indem wir einfach vorbeikamen. Uns wurden mehrere Zimmer gezeigt und wir entschieden uns zu bleiben. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut und es war das einzige Hotel, in dem wir in unserem Urlaub übernachteten, das eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer hatte. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt, da wir Frühaufsteher sind.

Hotel was OK. It seems that the entire area is suffering a decline in tourism. The restaurant tied to the hotel was closed. Parking is problematic. Very tight parking on a gravel area. The good news is that the room and bathroom were very clean.
A lovely family run hotel with an interesting history. Our room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the village with snowcapped mountains all around. We visited the ski jump arena, the only one in Switzerland, apparently. We also walked up to the frozen lake where the restaurant was serving coffees, cakes, etc, and light meals. The walk up is quite steep and took just over an hour, but the scenery is spectacular. A not to be missed experience. The cable cars are not running for a short time between seasons so it's worth checking. Back to the hotel, the food and service are excellent, everything is clean, and there is a small swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. I would definitely go back there.
