We ordered verrines for our launch party. The initial contact was pleasant, and the products were good. However, we were disappointed by several things: communication became strained after a change in quantity, which had been agreed upon from the start; last-minute additions (spoons, boxes) were not included in the quote; and above all, the presentation was very poor – the verrines were only half full, far from the images shared on their social media. For the price, we expected more attentive service and more friendly, and above all, more professional communication. A shame.
