Ich habe im August doppelt isolierte Espressogläser gekauft und 3 Monate später enthält eines davon Wasser, ist aber gleichzeitig undicht. Ich habe versucht, es ersetzen zu lassen, bekam aber nur 20 % Rabatt, um mehr zu kaufen. Die Garantie beträgt nur 30 Tage und ich hatte in 30 Tagen keine Probleme. Ich werde von dieser Marke nicht mehr kaufen. Die Garantie ist schrecklich, ebenso der Service und das Produkt.

Ich habe nur mein Geld verloren. Ich habe direkt auf ihrer Website gekauft und eine kaputte Maschine erhalten. Allein die Rücksendung hat 8 Monate gedauert! Seitdem ist es völlig still um sie. Ich habe sogar den Generaldirektor auf LinkedIn kontaktiert, aber das hat das Problem nicht gelöst. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt habe ich gerade mein Geld verloren. Der Kundenservice öffnet nur neue Tickets und meldet sich nie wieder bei Ihnen. Ich habe noch nie einen so schlechten CS gesehen. Seien Sie sich bewusst! Vermeiden Sie sie unbedingt!
Worst experience I have ever with any service. I gave my Kenwood machine for the service in October 10 ()make sure you take a paper from them, that you give me any device for service, they game me nothing. Then waited one month with no result. I called the service and got the message one month is too less to expect even the cost estimation as they are overloaded. I waited one more month and called again, and then got no information, they simply were not able to locate my device. Took my information and promised call back in a day, nothing happened in a week time. I called again, same story. In total I called 4 times in 2 weeks and got no one able to locate my device, keep promising calling me back. Then finally I came myself there 22 December. Lady in the reception searched for it about 10 minutes and all of a sudden they wrongly used my email, and were sending the cost estimation since October 20 or so to wrong email. Let's say it happens, but calling service which is useless, guys I suggest you change the support entirely there to keep the customer experience level at mid level at least. Then in the shop I signed the cost estimations and asked foe the repair. The message was I shall expect it to be ready beginning of January. I called them today, and what a surprize lady said me they have no agreement from me about the reparation. So I gave it one more time by email. Now I keep fingers crossed they will be able to repair it, and hopefully in 10 days or so get it back. Terrible experience, which says it all. Before replying to my comment, if indeed you care about it, please try to call me. I hope you can locate my phone number in your system first. With hope other clients will suffer less than me. Called to follow up on an order I wanted to place, where the payment did not go through. As the status was pending then error, I wanted to make sure I needed to replace an order or maybe I could simply get another payment link for example. I called and the person hung up. I called again and found someone extremely rude, not offering really any solution but "I cannot help you with your personal things, you just need to pay again", completely missing the point and getting frustrated when I am telling (for the 3rd time) he doesn't seem to understand what I need. I was excited to buy the coffee machine but considering this call, I am not willing to try this brand and experience a similar service if need something later, so I will go for another brand.
