Hello I bought a music box from ID a year ago with a 24-month extended warranty. Today I went there because the charging cable broke. Unfortunately, I was told that cable breakage wasn't covered by the warranty, which I could understand. What annoys me more, however, is that 1) the model is no longer available and 2) there are apparently no replacement parts for it. Why do they sell an extended warranty if they don't even offer replacement parts for it anymore? We're supposed to go to another store to see if we can get a suitable cable for it... that can't be right!
I was in the store because of a problem with my phone and wanted to buy a new one. I came across the best salesperson and received excellent service from Mr. Müller. I would gladly shop there again.
