Schlechtester Service, schlechte Logistikkoordination und schlechte Reaktion überhaupt auf einen Kauf, den ich für mein Kind getätigt habe. Wir haben mehr als 3 Monate gewartet und die Bestellung wurde nicht geliefert. Ich würde nie wieder in ein CONFORAMA-Geschäft zurückkehren und empfehle das Gleiche auch meinen Freunden.

Quite ok, it has lot of variation of furniture. Warranty only 2 years with pay option to prolongue and to get a premium value, still this option is overpriced, if not used you get a vautcher for the same shop, so you anyway give money out extra Update. The shipping was quite complicated. The person that brought the sofa mentioned that we need to pay up in cash (>1000 fr). The link was sent to us a few days earlier in the night (23:59), the driver says this link is only 15 min valid. In the email nothing like that was mentioned. Sounds to me more a mafious practice than a serious establishment. Black mailing a customer to pay cash. We got him to send me a new link on my email, i really wanted to get in contact with the customer service with my telephone to check the legitimity of it, but they always anged up. End of story, my last time in conforama. Not a serious shop.
