Ich habe einen Exige wegen schwerer Arbeiten am Getriebe und an der Kupplung fallen lassen, die perfekt ausgeführt wurden und dazu noch einen fantastischen Kundenservice bieten! Sehr kompetenter Lotus-Händler und Werkstatt. Habe kürzlich einen Exige bei ihnen gekauft. Ich bin nicht der einfachste Kunde und kann manchmal ein etwas schwieriger und pingeliger Charakter sein. Frank und der Rest des Teams waren super geduldig mit mir und zeigten viel Wohlwollen bei kleinen Beschwerden, die ich am Auto hatte (und haben sie aus Kulanz perfekt behoben, NACHDEM ich den Vertrag bereits unterschrieben hatte). Das hat mir für die Zukunft großes Vertrauen in sie gegeben. Ich weiß das ehrlich gesagt wirklich zu schätzen! I was here to test drive a Lotus Exige and I have to say this was a unique customer experience. I contacted them on the Lotus website and got a callback right away, we could arrange an appointment very easily and I drove off fro Zürich to their location. From the salespeople, to the mechanics and also an old couple who I asume are the owners of the business everybody was extremely polite and friendly, and focusing all the time on "the experience". About the car, I've never driven anything like this, it takes a real driver to tame this beast, everything is manual and has a raw feeling to it, you are constantly connected to the road in a way that can only be understood by driving the car. If you are looking to buy or rent a Lotus I can wholeheartedly recommend to pay them a visit, you won't be dissappointed. I'll be back for sure to test the Lotus Emira when it becomes available.
