Ich habe kürzlich Aramex wegen Lieferproblemen mit einem Paket kontaktiert. Sie reagierten sehr schnell, sowohl per E-Mail als auch per Telefon. Sie erklärten mir den Prozess klar, übernahmen die Verantwortung für das Problem und arbeiteten daran, es für mich zu lösen, obwohl das Problem bei DPD lag. Exzellenter Kundenservice: professionell, zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit – gut gemacht und vielen Dank!
Völlig funktionsunfähig, Premiumpreis ohne Service. Ich habe 100 USD für den 2–5 Werktage dauernden Versand aus den USA in die Schweiz bezahlt, nach einer Woche (5 Werktage) ist das Paket immer noch nicht abgegangen – Sie bekommen nicht, wofür Sie bezahlt haben – vermeiden Sie es um jeden Preis!

they sended me 1 bill from my package coming from england witch i paid 42.25...a few weeks later another one a reminder supposely of 48.95. really unprofessional i just hope the package gets finally here today cause im not willing to pay again those 48 francs..worst shipping company i ever had.Theyre website tells me the package is in geneva at customs but the Dpd delivery says they bring it today thats in a diffrent city.
A few couple of month ago I received a blank bill with a payment slip. Since I didnt know what the bill was for, I had sent an email through this website to ask for a detailed bill, explaining what the charge was for. I never heard back. A little after that, I received a first warning and payment reminder (again, no explanation for what the bill was for), so I submitted yet again, another email though the site with no response. I called the customer center and the lady on the phone told me that she cannot access the system, but that someone will call me back. No one called. I have now received a second and last warning (again blank) with yet again, 10.-CHF added as late payment (which now sums up to 20.-CHF for late payment fees total. I called the customer center here in Switzerland again and got the same response, she cannot access the system and that someone will call me back shortly. I am very, very angry at this point. I get blank bills with no explanation what they are for and have incurred late fees for something I had tried multiple times to find out what the bill is for. Very poor customer service!
